This costume was awesome. I ordered an XL. I'm 5'9", 200. I have big hips and butt, and the costumre still worked. The pants had great stretch. The top had no stretch at all though. The arms were super tight on me. The material is thin, but still decent quality and thicker than I expected. A little on the small size in the chest and arm areas. The wife normally wears a small or medium, but since this has happened before she ordered a size up. We're glad she did! Other than that the costume was great and a big hit at the Halloween party we went to.
