  • Perfect for Tie Ups!
Color: Palms Retro
Really impressed with these inflatable boat fenders! We used them for a recent tie-up and they worked perfectly—kept the boat protected with no issues. Super quick to inflate with an electric pump and just as easy to deflate and store without taking up much space. Great durability for the price, and I love that I can keep them on board without the bulk of regular fenders. Definitely recommend! ... show more

  • Excellent quality. Very thick rubber
Color: Palms Original
This bumper seems very durable. The rubber is thick and well sealed. I would definitely recommend this to help keep boat from knocking into stuff.

  • Let's Tie Up 28-30 inch Fender, Bouy, or Float for Boat, Crab & Lobster Traps, Anchors, Etc.
Color: Palms Original
Let's Tie Up 28-30 inch Fender, Bouy, or Float for Boat, Crab & Lobster Traps, Anchors, Etc. Let's Tie Up is a good inflatable boat fender, bouy, or float that has multiple applications. I use it on the bow of my Carolina Skiff for head on, free-floating docking, especially on windy days. My boat has seven cleats, three down each side and one in the center of the bow. The Carolina Skiff's gunnels roll outward, so large fenders, at least 11 inches are required to protect the gel coat of the hull. See the photos to see how well this Let's Tie Up float sits when used with a 3 inch 316ss carabiner. The Let's Tie Up float came well wrapped in shrink wrap along with an extra valve stem stopper and a valve stem stopper puller. That is the item that looks like a golf divot tool. It is used to slide up underneath the head of the valve stem in order to remove it To inflate this float, any air pump with a pumping cone, not a ball needle, will do it (see photos for a hand pump with air cone with the float). I would typically use my air compressor and a rubber tipped air gun to fill the float...using LOW pressure. I would suggest this is likely the best and easiest method of filling the float...HOWEVER; be mindful not to overfill the float either damaging or bursting it and/or injuring yourself. Use some caution, don't get hurt! Once filled to your liking, moisten the stem and reinsert into the valve stem hole fully. If it is not leaking, you are ready to use it! This is definitely a recreationally focused product. I do own 3 Polyform A-1 fenders for my boat. They are serious, professional heavy duty vinyl marine fenders with heavy lug eyes and screw lock with auto pinch off air fills. Everything looses air. The average tire looses 1-3 pounds a month. I say that as an ASE Master Automotive Technician (retired). This float is a good temporary tie up float. I could not recommend this in good faith for long term berth storage or dock usage. My Polyform fenders need to be aired up every 2-3 months depending upon temperature. I would have no challenge using 2 or more to dock a boat for a week or so. I think they are best suited for temporary duties ... deployment with a sand anchor would be perfect! Or between boats that pull up to each other to talk. I think this float can serve you well if you can inflate, deflate, and store it. Don't forget small inflators may be a reasonable answer for you to have several of these Let's Tie Up float balls if you can inflate and deflate them easily. I only gave it 4 stars because the tie off knob is hollow and inflatable, making it a potential weak point for tears and leaks. ... show more

  • Top notch quality....would rate higher if I could!
Color: Palms Original
This thing is EXTREMELY THICK material. It inflated quickly with my air compressor and the air fill and plug is similar to those on big exercise balls. It doesn't have a check valve, so have the included plug ready to insert after it is filled. Besides the very durable construction, including the loop to connect it to the boat, they were thoughtful enough to include a plastic tool to easily lift out the air plug to drain it. BE CAUTIOUS THOUGH AS THE PLUG SHOT OUT ONCE PRIED LOSE WITH THE TOOL! I would likely sink if it hit the water so be careful! They also included an extra plug, in case you loose one! I look forward to using it when boating season starts! A+ folks! ... show more

  • Works in Extreme Conditions
Color: Palms Original
Two Hurricanes in two weeks. Working in the marina to help each other my contribution seemed to be using this puppy to keep boats (30’-50’) from banging into each other as lines were replaced and secured. The force of the collisions were severe enough to cause serious damage and this fender took it. In my experience, having had to do without before. you can’t afford to not be properly prepared. This fender is a worthwhile investment especially since it deflates and stores nicely. Highly recommended 👍🏽 Helpful?👇🏽 ... show more

  • Huge inflatable boat fender.
Color: Palms Original
This think is huge, probably intended for yachts. Its super durable and made of thick material. Inflated without any problems. Its about the size of an old hoppity hop which is what it reminds me of. It will certainly keep your boat from hitting the dock. Much to large for my runabout tho. Would probably make a great anchor ball if it weren't black. ... show more

  • Great on the lake tie up protection
Color: Palms Original
If you've tried to tie up near an area where wake boats are running or any busy boating area, you'll need extra protection to ward off the waves. At 28" inflated, these round PVC bumpers provide the protection you need. We've used this style of boat bumper for the past two seasons and they've caught on with other boaters. They work well with larger boats and boats with different freeboard profiles. The downside is that they are big and hard to store on board and some may deem overkill when tying up to a dock making embarking and debarking the boat an excessive reach. They are easy to inflate if you have an air compressor with a blow gun and nozzle tip attachment. The fender does not have a valve stem or needle-type inflation port. It's simply a hole in the fender with a plastic "cork-like" stopper which is inserted after you blow up the fender. It comes with an extra stopper and a plastic tool that looks like a golf divot repair tool to extract the stopper when you need to deflate the fender. Overall, a good fender to have aboard if you tie up with others on the lake. ... show more

  • LARGE fender! Yet easily deflats for storage
Color: Palms Original
Did I mention this is a LARGE fender?!? This is going to be our OMG fender, for those times when you absolutely NEED a large fender to avoid damage to other boats, or dock, or heaven forbid, OUR boat. Kind of a roving trouble shooter, if you will. Nicely constructed, and appears to be well made. I deducted one star because it suffers from severe "static cling" and just about EVERYTHING is attracted to it . . . Time will tell if that continues, or not. ... show more
