The media could not be loaded. This has been a great product for me thus far. I work a lot with knives for wood carving and this has been a game changer for sharpening and polishing. I’ll say that the cotton wheels that come with it are a bit garbage and you’ll want to get others but still, the actual machine is great, especially for the price. Great buffer for the price. I like the multi speed. Lower speed for cleaning and higher speed for buffing polishing. I changed out the one side to an upgraded polishing wheel purchase separately. It's heavy enough to stay in place unless you press really hard on it, and I like that, you can move it to different angles, which is convenient when working in a tight working area and have longer pieces.
