I chose this because some YouTubers were using it and I know why now. It is powerful and not too heavy. With a foam backer pad it did a great and relatively simple job for wet sanding the gel coat of my boat before buffing and waxing

the machine stalls with slight pressure, meaning that the pad wont spin.. Also had issues with the switch, it worked intermittently.
