I want to say that I was afraid to purchase this DTF Printer because I thought it was going to be difficult to learn. It came in a crate and packed well. No issues at all. I set it up in my room. I did reach out to their customer service because I didn’t want to do something wrong with setting up the software and settings. They did it for me and showed me how to use the printer. I ran into a couple of issues and freaked so I reached out to them and of course use/human error. My file name was so long that it would not print it. Duh.
