Working with the DSV Pro window squeegee is great! I ordered it to clean my interior windows and mirrors. It’s dual use squeegee/cleaning tool made cleaning my windows and mirrors easy. I used a cleaning spray and squeegeed it down the large mirror/glass. The squeegee is straight edged and firm which means I had to apply even pressure all the way down the glass surface. I followed that up with the cloth side of the tool to get rid of any residual spray lines. The system works well and my windows and mirrors look great, especially the sliding glass doors. I will however make a special note about the pole. The pieces lock into place much like a folding table affording a lot of strength and stability. It was easy to put the pole together however, I struggled to take it apart to store it. My hands are not strong enough to press down on the pin as I pull to release each section. I needed my husband to do that for me. It’s a small detail and it doesn’t impact my overall impression about the usefulness and quality of this window cleaning system, but it’s worth noting.

I bought this window squeegee because I have large windows on the second floor that are hard to reach for cleaning. I have to stretch my body out the window to clean the entire glass. The shorter my squeegee, the more I have to engage in the death-defying act of hanging out the window desperately trying to reach. This squeegee helped me out with my issue. Because the handle is adjustable, I can make it just the right length, so all I have to do is reach my arn out the window rather than my whole body. I also like that the fabric for the heads is washable. My old standard squeegee had the sponge portion fastened to the device. Over the years it got gross, but I couldn't get it totally clean by washing it off in the shower. Overall, this squeegee delivers on what it promises. It does what is says, is decent quality, and fills a need that can be difficult to fill.

I really don't like to wash windows, but looking out of clean windows (especially when company is coming over :-) ) is beautiful. In the heat here in Florida, I was having trouble drying the window before the wash water dried by itself and streaked the window. This works well for one person to do a window - and the wash fingers on the pad worked much better than the sponge I was using before. This allowed me to do the top of the window, without needing a ladder, and squeegee the window dry before it streaked, only required a tiny bit of hand touch up. I can't say that I like cleaning windows now, but this did make the job easier - and I am all for easier when doing windows. The extensions screwed together tightly, and the shaft didn't flex, so the pressure needed to wash and to squeegee the window was easily applied. The extra pads are great, also, so one set can be in the wash and I still have a set ready to go.

This will be a great tool for cleaning large, floor to ceiling windows in my house. I am short and I don't want to balance on a ladder to try and get the outside of my windows clean. There are 3 easy to remove and attach pieces that will clean and squeegee effectively. I don't know if this would reach a second story, but I have a ranch style house and this will reach all the windows inside and out. The attachments are washable and re-usable. This is a much more cost effective way to clean the windows than to hire someone. This might also be useful in my shower which has tile all the way to the ceiling. Seems to be sturdy and professional quality.

This squeegee comes in pieces so you can adjust the length of the pole. It can extend to as long as 62 inches which is pretty long or as short as about 12 inches I guess if you have a truck or bigger vehicle the length of the pole could come in handy. It has a soft sponge to clean the window or use a fluffy fingers style to clean. I found the sponge is better at cleaning the windows. the squeegee end does a decent job scraping the water away. I have found another use for the fluffy fingers and that is for cleaning mini blinds and ceiling fans.

This product arrives exactly as it looks on the product page. The materials are sturdy and seem to be high quality. While you can shorten or extend the pole by adding or removing segments of the pole, it isn't as easy as extendable poles that expand without segments. The probable tradeoff is sturdiness and I will say this product is very sturdy even at full length. The squeegee is just okay and is a rather thick blade. The various cleaning side options work well too. I will give special props towards the joining mechanism between segments. Maybe other people won't like it, but I find that the steel wire mechanism is more sturdy and easier to use than the spring loaded dots that other products tend to use. In the end, this is a very functional product, but I think others are more ergonomic and easier to use. I'm very conflicted because this is a quality product nevertheless so I give it 4/5 stars.
