The media could not be loaded. This is a good little dispenser overall, I just wish the lid sealed tighter. I was looking for something that would fit well in the limited space that I had but still have the capacity for everything I wanted to hold, and this did deliver on that. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: - I looked closely at the dimensions prior to buying so I knew it would fit perfectly in the space, and the product was absolutely true to the description. - The design offers different sized chambers which is great because I dont use lentils as often as quinoa, for example, and there is a smaller slot that is perfect for the lentils and such and then the big slots on the ends for the quinoa and white rice. - Each slot has a button that you push to release the contents and it works very well (see video). I have never had a problem with it, and it releases the contents quickly enough to not be annoying but not so quickly that it is difficult to control the output. - It came with a cup with a handle that fits nicely under the container section to catch the food you select. Cons: - The lid does not seal well. I recently actually had to throw out all of the contents because I got beetles in the quinoa and white and brown rice. This would not have happened if the lid sealed better. - The cup that came with it to catch the food you dispense has no measurements on it. The result is that I either have to dispense right into a measuring cup or transfer to a measuring cup and then have to pour any leftover contents back into the container. On the whole it serves its purpose but I dont know that I'd buy it again. ... show more

Nice clean sleek look, sturdiness is good easy to use. The big cereal particles don't fall they stay stuck so it doesn't come down so basically doesn't work. I'm guessing if you use it for dryer particles like rice beans something that doesn't stick due to the sugar it works better.

It’s exactly as specified; very sturdy and sits perfectly in my pantry shelf. Compartments do not leak into one another and the cup that comes with it is big enough to hold at least two cups of dry foods. I will be ordering more.
