The first time I used it, the only reaction I got was stinging and dryness. I didn't experience the soft, smooth, exfoliated skin everyone talks about afterwards. However, the second time I used it one week later, my skin exfoliated more and felt smooth and looked bright. Note: it does sting my face. Some reviewers mention a slight sensation. For me, it feels like my skin is burning when it is on. But the more I use it, the more I can tolerate it. Started with only 10 minutes on.
