I did a ton of research on this and its very good retinol. It has the percentage you want to actually do anything for your skin BUT its strong still. My face gets red and cracks due to dryness. I just started to mix it with moisturizer and that seems to be working well though. Good stuff!

I was using a retinol that claimed to be high potency. I went through what they call “retinol purge” and broke out terribly. Then after about 2 months of using the other retinol product, the breakouts slowed, but my face still had a terrible texture and my large pores where still very visible. I have this app I found where I can take a selfie and it tells me my “Skin Score”. I used to have a skin alScore of 72 and my skin age was 52. I am 49 so to be told that I look like I’m 53 crushed me. Now, since using this retinol for the last month, my new score is 82 and my skin age is 42. I am so happy. I have checked my score on that app for the last almost 2 years and couldn’t do anything to get that score to go up. After all that time of checking my score and it not moving much, to see it now change dramatically, means the world to me. I am so happy with this product!! The texture of my face was a very low score of like 69 or 70 and now it’s 80! Yay!!! ... show more

I originally found this product by accident in a store looking for another brand, that was sold out. After I turned 40, my skin changed what felt like over night. Never had a problem with acne, not even as a teen, but I was getting huge pimples & they started leaving acne scars whether I popped or not. I was dermaplaning, microdermabrationing, microneedling, expensive daily microexfoliationing......after all the oning, it was not enough. After researching, it kept being suggested that women 40+ should add Retinol. I picked this up because after 3 years of fighting, I was near tears & within 2 days, acne gone (using 2x a day at 1st) & within a week scars were fading. Been using this over 6 months now (1x a day) & I get compliments on my skin all the time. I'm able to go out again without makeup. This continues to make the top 3 & 5 on lists for best retinol.
