I received the order and one tall glass was broken on arrival. I contacted customer service and after a couple days was in contact with them. They promptly send me a 4 pack or replacement tall glasses for the incoming. Love the glasses, and the customer service was fantastic.

The drinking glasses feel sturdy and as though they will last. They were not packed well, and two broke in shipping. Nothing was wrong with the exterior of the package. Good enough drinking glasses to keep and not deal with the hassle of sending them back.

    • Great glasses, but shipping box is not suitable
This is my third set of these glasses in 20 years. They are easy to hold, easy care, don’t stain, scratch, or lose their brilliance. They are a beautiful set and will match any Decour. My only complaint is that the shipping box from the manufacturer is very, very thin and not suitable to ship these glasses. Especially when your delivery guy walks up to the door and drops it, which they do. Absolutely no fault of the seller and they did a very good job of refunding me instantly when my box arrived with one broken glass. Things happen. It’s how the seller handles these things that makes them so good. Will definitely buy from them again . ... show more

    • Beautiful but chip easily
I was very excited to get these glasses in January. I really like how they look - fun design. Unfortunately, the lip of the glasses are prone to chips when cycled through the dishwasher. Six months later and I’ve already lost a large percentage of them. (I have other glasses including delicate wine glasses that do not chip at this rate.) Find a sturdier glass unless you plan to wash 100% by hand. ... show more
