    • No performance, no tracking, refund takes forever.

The fins are too small for the size of this paddle board. The tracking is miserable, barely moves in straight line. It did allow three people. We have two people onboard, but not going anywhere with no tracking and no speed at all. The refund process takes forever. I tried it once I got the delivery and started return the 2nd day. It's now 25 days after I drop it off UPS store, still no refund yet. ... show more

I love the board. I have used it multiple times. And would give it a 5 star review but the fact that it says you get two pumps and I only got 1. I contacted them they took my info and said they would send one out and have not. My friend also got one a few days after me and she had the same thing with only getting one pump. Edit: month and half later finally got the pump. As soon as I left a bad review the next day I got a email saying it was ready to be sent out and that I would get a email with shipping details.
