The strap started fraying where they connect to the purse, and the zipper broke shortly after purchase. There was a line through the middle of the purse from folding the bottom up, and it never went away even after use it is a very cheaply made purse. A great purse, very pretty with lots of room. Was in a cloud burst and my purse was soaked and it won't go back to original shape. Hopefully with time it will lose the bulge it has taken on from being wet. Immediately dried it off but but still got the bulge, maybe I will use low setting on her dryer and see it this helps. I didn't like the purse was falling apart 😕 not too long after I got it. I didn't get much use out of it because it starting tearing up. It's cute but, it wasn't that good of product. I won't buy it again.

It stinks a lot like chemicals and came with a big crease on the side from storage and shipping. But I am giving it some time to air out and maybe relax the crease. Otherwise, it does look nice.
