I have a very small bedroom so "normal" dressers are to big. I have been using cube boxes for way to many years. They ran along every wall space to have enough storage. Now I have found this and it's brother! Same depth as cube boxes but with a grown up look. The 2 I bought equal 30 drawers. The same amount I had in cubes but take less wall space. The black is true black not very dark grey. With the deep black color and wood handles they do not scream fabric dresser at frist glance. These are great. It's a good dresser at a great price, however it has a pretty pungent smell from the cloth drawers. I tried airing them out outside as well as putting bowls of baking soda in each drawer overnight, however could not get smell out. It has diminished a bit over time but still has a noticeable odor, not sure if it is from some kind of chemical they spray on it. Will continue trying to get smell out since we assembled the whole thing and don't want to take it apart to return it. It is sturdy though and looks aesthetically pleasing.
