I really wanted to love this necklace but the garish gold paint made it look cheap. It came with a defect…chipped/rubbed off/missed spot?….that should have been obvious before it was so carefully packaged. It also came with a note to please let them make things right but no way to contact them. Even when I googled them, I could not find a contact. So I assume this is how I let them know that I was disappointed.
