I ordered these for my bedroom as I have to have complete darkness. The shade of blue is accurately depicted in the listing photos. These are heavy curtains. Make sure your rod is strong enough, especially if you plan to open and close them often.

These curtains do block out the light. The top has two rows for a small curtain rod and a larger one. The opening for the small curtain rod is pretty small and these curtains are a bit heavy so i don’t think a small curtain rod would hold up. Having to use the bottoms row for a larger supportive rod made these curtains about an inch shorter and more fabric bunching at the top. Make sure this is the look you want.
