    • Beautiful Boots!
I Love these boots! They are warm, soft stylish and oh, so comfortable. Easy to put on, easy to take off, just great! My problem is, I don't know whether to give them a 4 star or 1 star rating. I must explain, the boots arrived quickly and seemingly in good shape. I have worn them exactly three times: when trying to unzip them earlier today, the zipper seemed stuck.. There was nothing caught in the zipper, they are not a tight fit on my calves, I couldn't understand it. After a few tries I was able to unzip the boot and noticed that the place where the zipper was uncooperative, was an area, roughly an inch long, of "zipper teeth" detaching from the zipper cloth. I am now afraid to wear them as the zipper may fully detach from the boot. As this happened today and I have contacted the company, we shall see. As I said, aside from the zipper issue, these were set to be my new favorite boots. I also purchased a pair in grey. So far they seem fine. Update: I reached out to the company directly and received a prompt reply. The representative was very responsive and helpful. I gave them all of my information, complete with pictures of the issue. A replacement pair of boots arrived a few days ago. 😊 Unfortunately, they did not have the black ones in stock, so I have a pair of brown ones as replacement. Customer service was awesome, fast, even so close to the holidays! I am pleased with my interacting with DreamPairs and love my boots. ... show more

Amazon recommended size 7.5, but I usually wear an 8, so that's what I ordered. I was right. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. The laces allow then to be tight or loose. Just enough lining to be cozy and warm. The soles grip well and don't slide. I haven't tested them in snow yet but have high expectations. These are not for summer. ... show more

Perfect boots! I love these so much! Totally worth the price. The heel isn’t too much and these are so comfy. It’s a thin material, so your feet won’t sweat a lot. Very true to size!
