I bought two pairs of shoes including these from Dream Pairs trying to find shoes as a bridesmaid in a wedding. These seem comfortable enough and the other style by the same brand was recommended to me by another bridesmaid who said they had worked in several weddings for her. I am an 8.5 but sometimes size up to 9 depending on brand. In these I originally bought a 9 from the reviews and it was definitely too big. The 8.5 is ok. I almost wonder if I need an 8W in these. But the reason I’m not keeping either pair is because of the color. I like the "nubuck" whatever that means, it’s sort of in between leather and suede, like it’s matte but not fully suede softness so it looks a little more formal/neutral. But the color is just too peachy/pink for my skin. I have fair olive skin with a neutral undertone. My mom and sister think it looks fine but I’m a painter so I’m picky about color. I probably would’ve gone with it in a pinch but I want these shoes to last me a while for however many weddings/formal occasions I have in my 20s. So I went with a different pair in a similar style by "mysoft" that has a much better undertone. It blends into my skin better and looks like an actually neutral color rather than looking like it might be supposed to be pink. ... show more
