I've worn these boots nearly everyday since I ordered them. Very comfortable fit and my feet don't get tired as quickly as my other boots. Sturdy and held up well while walking through the airport and throughout the day at work. I have yet to see how well they do in icy or snowy weather. Also, the strings don't stay when strung to the highest hooks, so better to tie lower as pictured. Zipper makes them very easy to pull on and off. The gray matches so much of my wardrobe, so this is what I was most excited about. Casual look but still nice enough for work.

I was looking for a new pair of grey boots, and I liked this style, so I made the purchase. I have only worn them two times and they seem comfortable and fit true to size (I wear size 8). I like the look of the "lace up" boot, so when I put them on, I immediately changed the laces to lace up through the lace hooks. After a couple of hours of wearing them for the first time, I noticed the laces on one boot were partially hanging down. It turns out the upper silver lace hook had pulled partially through the hole. I was able to push it back through the hole and it seems okay. I would suggest not tugging too tight on the laces as you put them through the lace hooks if that is the look you prefer. This is the only reason I didn't give these boots 5 stars.

These are true to size. I have a wide foot and these are actually pretty comfortable. The insole is kind of hard, so they do hurt after a little while, but you can just get a cushiony insole to replace the one it comes with. They look adorable. The quality seems to be good and definitely good value for the money. As for the functionality, they're more for style than anything else. I cant speak to durability just yet bc I just got them.

I am amending my review. These boots certainly had their problems. But they were easily returned. HOWEVER the biggest surprise was the amazing customer service from this company. They took the time to address my review and offered to allow me to obtain another pair. I have never had such consideration from a company!! I am changing my review based on this. Side zipper on left sown shut; it didn't work. On right the zipper worked but the holes for laces were all messed up and couldn't thread. Returned. Of note I had also ordered gray boots but they came a few days later. These boots were made well, fit well and are comfortable.

If you usually wear a wide size, do not buy these. They squished my feet so bad I couldn’t even get through a walk with my dog. Otherwise they look great and seem like good quality. Just not for those of us with wide feet.
