I have a narrow ankle and the strap was to loose and could not tighten it anymore u less you put more holes in . And my foot kept sliding out . So I had to return otherwise I would have kept .

These heels are gorgeous and comfortable for the first 20 minutes of standing, then they become harsh on the feet. Blisters have formed under my toes and on my pinky toe after wearing them for an entire day and walking around in them. These heels are great for pictures and sit-down events; do not recommend for an all-day outfit.

Update: Customer service reach out after my initial review and let me pick another item. I got cowboy boots for stagecoach and they were so comfortable. I wore them just about the whole time for a few days straight. Would definitely buy another color for next year. Returned them the same day I got them. They are painful. Very tight around the toe and not comfortable. Although they are cute but don’t get them if you are going to be on your feet a lot.

When they arrived they had scuff marks on sides and dirt on the bottom. They were worn previously. Even so, the strap was too flimsy and felt like it was going to snap with every step. The color, size, and style were great.
