I must say that I do love these boots! I am very pleased! I don't usually buy any shoes online because they NEVER fit! I have returned every pair I have ever bought online. Especially boots. I must try on all shoes because all shoes are not sized equal! It is an ordeal for me to buy boots. As with shoes not being equal in size neither are my feet. I have 1 X- wide foot and it seems if I get a boot labled wide where the foot bed fits then the top of the calf is too wide. Some boots will state that it has a wide calf. I dont need that. I just need the foot bed to be wide. Whether this is just a coincidence in the boots I choose? I'm not sure but I do like the top of the boot to fit against my leg without having a gap between my leg and the boot. Regular boot sizes, I can't seem to find to fit the 1 foot and then they wont fit my other foot. Vice / Verca with wide. With this brand I did not have this problem. These boots are perfect! In actuality I am so thrilled I came across this brand. I will assuredly buy another style in hopes this is the way they make their shoes. Knowing that no shoe is made equal 👌🤣 Id say they are almost a half size larger in length & they are a smidge wider in the foot bed. Just enough for my wider foot to fit. When you walk they are comfortable even though there is a slight heel. I'm a hairdresser and I stand on my feet 7 hours straight and I had no problems. My legs are short and the top of the boot comes over my knee. I did not read if that was where they were supposed to be I just wanted them at least to the knee and I don't have that trouble meeting that mark often. They are a stretchy. All said and done a cozy snuggly fit. No gap at the top and they bend quite well with my leg. Super comfy!!! They are easy to pull on and the zipper on the inside bottom is perfect. If your like me and when wearing boots with pants you need to keep them perfectly straight & not get twisted or if you wear socks and your socks are not quite right. I like the lower zipper so you can adjust the havoc or chaos.🤯 They just feel like someone is hugging your leg. Lol...These are my new favorite boots.

O.M.G. They are so sexy! The heel is a little higher than I'd usually wear, but it'll only make my hips sway more. By "higher than I usually wear," I mean I don't wear heels at all anymore. They're really comfortable. I ordered my normal size instead of half a size larger to accomodate my Dr Scholl's insoles that I did that foot mapping thing with at Walmart. They're not quite as cushy as the reviews lead me to believe, so I stuck the insoles through the side zipper & they fit perfectly & made it feel much more comfortable. Not cramped at all. The boot is a suede-like material & is super soft & not too structured. I can see how you can make it slouchy or fold it over to make it a short boot. I can't wait to wear these out. They'll dress up jeans or leggings & look fabulous with a short pencil skirt. I have normal to skinny calves but the unstructured nature of the boot didn't make them look bad at all. I ordered my normal size 7 1/2.

Very cute and mine were brand new, not a return. I got the “beige” which is actually a cream color. They are suede material and look very muck like leather. I have skinny legs, which is why I bought these, and they fit my calves great! Not tight but not falling down either; very nice silhouette. I usually wear a 9 but I wanted to wear thick socks so I got the 9.5. I can wear thin socks with them but I’d say they are a 9.25. They are very comfortable and I don’t wear tall stilettos anymore, just wedges and blocky heels. These feel great for a long time! The fabric is a little stretchy so I think they would fit average calves as well as skinny ones, but they will not fit over thick calves. They do look more expensive than their price reflects. All in all, a very good buy! Thank you! :)

I got these boots to wear with some dresses and skirts, to keep my legs warm in cold weather. They are a sleek classy style without the adornments of buckles and such. They are dressy enough for church and other dressed up events. I wouldn’t wear them all day though. I wear size 8.5, which was true to size for the most part, but I probably should have gone with wide width with these boots because there is a little bit of a rub on the widest part of my feet. Maybe they need breaking in. The heel height is good, not too tall. The tread is good, I don’t feel like I’ll slip on slick floors. I’m 5’4” and the boots were a little too tall up my calf, as it came up onto my knee, but it was easy to fold down the top an inch because the material is malleable. It doesn’t look bad with the fold down top, and it will be covered by my dress anyway. I will definitely be wearing nylons with these boots because my legs got sweaty and boots were hard to remove, kind of like getting out of a wet swimming suit! Also, I put some sole cushions in the boots and that made them more comfortable. Not sure on durability and how the material will hold up, but it’s not the stiff plastic feel. The zipper doesn’t go all the way up, not sure why they made the short zipper. I just slid my feet into the boots without using the zipper. What is the purpose of the short zipper anyway? I like the boots, they’ll be cute with the dresses. Maybe I should have some moleskin on hand in case a blister forms. One less star for that, and how sweaty my bare legs got from just trying on the boots for a few minutes. Those 2 things can be remedied so not a deal breaker. Also, I needed to fold down the top and add cushions. So 4 things to remedy actually. Will they work for you? You should just try them out for yourself and don’t let my experience dissuade you, if that’s what’s happening! I do like them for the style and purpose.

I’ve worn these boots twice in the past week and I live in South Florida! These boots are very comfortable and fit great. They are very soft inside and out. They feel velvety soft. I liked that they weren’t shiny. What set these apart from other boots is that they can fold up nicely for travel. And each boots comes in a bag to keep them dust free in your closet.

These boots are so soft and unlike boots I've had before, very easy to put on or take off using the side zipper. They are stylish and comfortable, made from a very soft sueded material that looks like real suede. The chunky heel is a good height but still comfortable to wear even for us girls who rarely wear heels. I ordered the boots in black and find that they are rich and elegant looking. They are thick enough to stand up, but soft enough to wear a bit slouchy if you want that look. I wear a size 10 and the boots fit well with extra toe room for heavier socks if I want. They are also generous at the top to allow for larger calves if need be.

Update: they issued me a full refund and had great customer service! Don’t get me wrong, I love the boots. They fit great, they’re cute, and comfortable. But I bought what I thought were new shoes, however the bottoms were completely filled with dirt. Clearly they were worn once and returned, and someone didn’t notice and tried to resell as if they were new.
