I bought these to wear at a wedding and the heel broke as we were dancing! Embarrassing! I didn’t realize when I ordered them that there is only a 30 day return window so now I can’t return them! I live the looks of them and don’t know if I got a faulty pair. I would suggest buying somewhere with a better return policy!!! UPDATE I changed from 1 star to 5 as the company reached out to offer a refund. After writing this review the seller reached out and offered a full refund. My 15 year old daughter asked if we could order another pair as she really liked them and is hoping maybe we just got a shoe with a weak shaft? Once we get the refund we will reorder and see what happens with a new pair as only one of the shoes had a problem. My daughter really likes the shoes for their style and comfort so it is worth another try! ... show more

Buy the boots. They are great with just about anything. They are comfy but definitely size up one. I was hesitant to purchase because of the couple of reviews stating the heel broke but I took a chance.

Bought these for a trip to Vegas and they were perfect! The color is the perfect red, walked around in them for about 8 hours and were still comfortable! The heel is a nice height, wasn’t worried about slipping in them. Not narrow, roomy! They looked great with my leopard pants!

Pros- wanted to love these shoes so much!! Loved the color, the style and the feel of the material. The boots look great with almost any outfit and trendy. Cons- The heel completely broke off and came unattached from the screw that was holding it together inside the shoe. Unfortunately, the heel broke while I was wearing the shoes so that was a disaster in itself. The shoes have only been worn about five times and I’ve only had them less than three months. I did reach out to customer service with pictures in hopes of a replacement pair, since this was clearly a default in the craftsmanship. Unfortunately, customer service said the best they could do was offer me a 30% refund. So basically I was refunded less than $10 for a pair of shoes that I owned less than three months for an issue that was clearly poor craftsmanship. Very disappointed with the customer service not trying to make it right. ... show more
