*UPDATE* This company has excellent customer service- they reached out to resolve the issue and offered to send a different pair of shoes that would be more comfortable, at no additional charge. I chose the same style with a platform/chunky heel as to reduce the elevation. I still love the look and colors/pattern. They are very cute and much more comfortable. Thank you! I love the style, colors/pattern and overall look of these shoes. They are fairly inexpensive for heels, however, they did fall short on comfort level. I was able to withstand them for the wedding I bought them for and part of the reception, but thank goodness I didn’t have to walk far in these. One of the shoes’ straps that goes over the toes was tighter than the other so I already had prepared with a bandaid underneath the straps. There is not much cushion for the ball of your foot considering the incline and angle your foot sits/height of the heel. They are very cute and looked great for photos, but don’t plan on walking far in these.

These shoes really added a nice touch to a simple black dress. Loved the colors and was able to stand in them for 5 hours before feeling discomfort. I have wide feed so going a 1/2 size up definitely would have curved the pain from the strap, but they were too cute to take off!!

Super cute and quite comfy considering. Great with dress slacks or jeans. Fit a little snug at first but stretch a bit after wearing a few times.

Honestly this heel was bought because I needed a black one for outfits. It doesn’t fit supper well, it’s a little big, but I still wear them and use them. I do which I had a more comfortable pair.
