I am very torn with this review because these boots are so close the being perfect for me. Let’s begin with the best features. The slouch boots have a dramatic and unique appearance. I ordered them because they look different from the other boots I own. They have a very cool design! The deep chocolate brown is beautiful. They are faux suede but look authentic. Personally, I think these boots shine when paired with a skirt so you can see the entire look. Fit: I usually wear a size 11 and these fit perfectly. They are very comfortable. With the low heel and larger surface area of it, I feel stable on my feet. The squared toe gives my feet extra space. My mixed thoughts. What I love about these boots is the slouch look. What concerns me the most is the slouch. I was not aware the slouch is not stitched in place. It is a movable fabric that changes shape with movement. After a few minutes, my boots looked different because the slouch fabric moves. They still look great, but I prefer a little more structure so the boots match in appearance. The fabric also hangs down to the base of the shoe. I am worried about it getting dirty or wearing out over time by encountering cement, flooring etc. Overall I like these boots. I absolutely love these Dream Pairs boots. I own several pairs from this brand, and they have never let me down. I usually wear an 8.5 to a 9, but with Dream Pairs I always get a size 9, and the fit is consistently perfect no matter the style or heel height. The comfort, sizing, and overall feel are always spot on. I do have slightly wider feet and usually look for wide shoes, but with this brand it is not necessary. They are not labeled as wide, but they are naturally very comfortable and accommodating. For this pair, I am in love. The brown is a deep, rich shade with a hint of rust, giving them a unique, beautiful look. They have that perfect slouchy, biker-inspired, rustic work boot style while still feeling feminine. The quality is excellent, just like all my other pairs. I have owned some for years and still wear them regularly. They hold up incredibly well and continue to look great. The buckle details are nicely done with quality metal that is not cheap or overly heavy. The calf fit is fantastic with just enough give to be comfortable without being baggy. For reference, I am 5 foot 8 and 200 pounds with average to slightly fuller calves, and these fit beautifully without any struggle. They are listed as knee-high boots, but on me they hit at the top of my calf, well below my knee. It does not take away from how much I love them, but it is something to be aware of. These boots are so comfortable, they are very versatile and look great with skinny jeans, dresses, skirts, or even shorts. I will be wearing them with dresses and skirts for church and with jeans and sweaters in colder weather. You can probably tell how much I love them by the number of photos I included. They are beautiful to look at, fun to wear, and as comfortable as any shoe you could find. Dream Pairs continues to impress me. I finally found a pair of knee high boots that actually fit my legs comfortably without cutting off my circulation. These DREAM PAIRS fold-over boots in the dark brown are exactly what I was looking for in a wide calf style. I am a size 10 and the fit is true to size with plenty of room for my calves even when I'm wearing jeans underneath. The slouchy boot look is really stylish and the buckle detail at the ankle gives it a nice finished touch. I love the low heel because I can wear these all day at work or out shopping without my feet hurting at all. The dark brown color is rich and goes with almost everything in my fall wardrobe. They feel very sturdy and the material is soft enough to have that nice gathered look without looking messy. It is a relief to find stylish long tall boots that don't compromise on comfort for women who need a bit more room in the leg. These have quickly become my favorite pair to throw on with leggings or a skirt. The zipper is smooth and the fold-over top stays in place perfectly. Let's start by saying how comfortable these boots are! They can be worn all day/night with no issues. The heel is a great height. The material is a durable material and the stitching is well done. I love the fold over look and they actually are a fold over, not just the look which allows them to keep from stretching or looking cheaply made. They are a great value for the money.
