The quality of the embroidery is just abysmal. The stitching is all over the place. Some of the threads are loose, and it looks like they're about to come undone any minute.

I was so excited to get my boots yesterday after waiting two weeks, however, my excitement turned to disappointment because they were two inches too long in the tips. I ordered my usual size, but they were longer than my others and I didn’t feel right wearing them. I only tried them on for a minute and they were super comfy, but the longer tips ruined it for me so they’re being returned today. I’m not sure if a half size down will make a difference but I’m going to take a chance and order them in 9.5. I hope they’re just as comfy. 🤞🏻 ... show more
