My baby (6months old now) has been a stomach sleeper since she was 3 months old. I was so nervous but less nervous with this breathable mattress. It's firmness helps my l/o sleep at night comfortably and give me peace of mind. Overall quality is perfect.

The media could not be loaded. Update: well over a year later. These mattresses have really worn down, I expected some, but they both are very flimsy in the middle now. My babies are still sleeping great on them as of now, but once we make the switch to toddler beds, which will be very soon, we will need to buy new mattresses. I've even been flipping them every time I change their sheets. Not the longevity I expected. Also, the one is pretty noisy now, but not the other, so that's odd. Not repurchaing these Size fits great. Use these in two cribs (I have twins) fis both, which are diff cribs, perfectly! Nice & thick, absolutely breathable. Makes no noise rolling around. Firm enough that my babies are comfortable enough to sleep all night long. We do use a sound machine to put them down so that helps but I added a video to better explain how much I love these mattresses The only reason I knocked off a star was because we have only been using these mattresses for about 2 months & the one is starting to indent where my baby sleeps the most. I kinda expected it to do that but not so soon. Otherwise, all around recommend this mattress! Esp for the price, it's not too expensive but not super cheap where you think you are buying a hunk of junk. Great Great mattress! No smell. Shipped in huge box so it wasn't folded. I have seen other reviews now of ppl saying the mattress is nosies. Yes, they make noise with no sheets on. But once you put a sheet on it, you don't hear that noise. And if you add a mattress cover AND a sheet, you do not hear the noise of the mattress when the baby is rolling around on it. At last on the two I bought, I can definitely hear it when I change the sheets, but once they are covered. And the crib bedding is made, you can't hear anything. I never hear my mattresses make any noise when they are rolling around, I doubt they do too, if any it's not noticeable. ... show more
