If you need to put this together alone, completely possible, even while pregnant. The pieces aren't too heavy and easy to maneuver. Instructions are easy to follow if you sort out all of your pieces beforehand. The only thing that slowed me down during assembly was that the legs were mislabeled. So, I had to switch and flip them a couple times to get it right. Can't account for how long the process took, because we lost power for 2 days and I was in and out of the house with 5 littles. End result, I love it!!! Perfect compact size that doesn't lack the stability needed need to last. Mini crib accessories I ordered according to this crib's measurements fit without issue.
