It came damaged but as soon as I reported it, I received a new one within 3 days. The company & Amazon was really great about the replacement but when I received the replacement today it was also damaged. I ordered this for my baby for christmas. This seems like a great walker but the plastic is super thin which is why I think it keeps breaking. I guess I will just have to settle for it still being broken even with receiving a new one. The shipping boxes aren’t damaged at all so I’m not sure what it could be but as far as everything else it does seem like a good walker. I’m excited for him to use it. ... show more
