I liked the idea that you can make it fit two different sizes . However you should purchase two of them because they are very frajile. The other option is to find one made of brass that you can adapt to fit a 1/2” hole.

I should have read all the negative reviews before purchasing. Only one positive review from someone who HAD NOT YET INSTALLED THE PRODUCT!!! It leaked from the valve, not the threaded area.

Valve leaks when in closed position. It’s not a huge problem but it constantly drips. I didn’t loose but maybe half a gallon over a three day period. Plastic seems very pliable and loose fitting.

Cut bottom section so it would fit. Then when tank was filling it leaked. I tried every which way to get it to stop. Nope. So they found their way in the trash bin.
