Solid and Well Made

These clamps are well made and sturdy. There were other clamps that were a little cheaper (on Amazon) but I bought these based on other reviews and some research. I used them to secure 2x4's during my outfeed table build for pocket hole screwing and gluing. Worked perfect since these open more than wide enough to clamp across the 3-1/2 inch face of the 2x4. Easy to adjust and solid hold on the wood. I also used it to clamp my dowel jig to the 2x4 skirts and stretchers, again, along the long side of the 2x4. One clamp held the jig firmly in place. Overall, quite happy with these clamps. Caveat: these clamps are new and I've only used them over the last few days about 10 times. If I remember, I'll update next year.

Nice deep throat clamps, work well for acoustic guitar bridges.

Every word worker knows you can never have enough clamps. I've got dozens and need dozens more. But, when it came time to clamp a new bridge onto an acoustic guitar, none of my clients were deep enough. I didn't want to buy specialized clamps just for this purpose, I needed general purpose clamps that I could use for other things. These were perfect. Just the right depth to reach the bridge on an acoustic guitar, and I could easily adjust the tension and clamp the bridge on with no slipping. I know I'll find a dozens of other uses for these clamps, and I will likely buy a couple more.

Strong clamps

Bought these because of their reach. Needed to clamp to the far edge of a 1x6 to glue it flat. Worked perfectly. Other methods I have tried left me always with a small ridge that had to be sanded forever to remove, lol. Not with this pair. Did the job, would but again, even though they are not inexpensive.

DRAGONITE Heavy Duty C Clamp, Vise Grip Locking Pliers With Swivel Pads is that took which you never knew you needed, until you do. Working mainly alone, this comes in handy to clamp a piece of wood together while cutting or anything I am working on with my angle iron. Helped me with projects that I thought that I wouldn't be able to do by myself. Well worth the money spent.
