It is almost too cold out of the freezer. But no problem, either wait a bit or use a thin washcloth as a short-term layer. I have honestly used it for headaches more than its advertised purposes. I haven't had it that long. I will update any change if it occurs. In the meantime, it feels really nice on closed eyes, and soothing on my face. Easy to attach/detach.

I don't think this gua sha is original rose quartz but it works. The ice roller I love depuffing face but ... says to remove it from handle. Doesn't show how, I couldn't remove its hard, so I put the whole thing in the freezer. Hope handle doesn't brake!!!!

This ice roller feels wonderful any time of day especially mornings when you are a bit puffy from sleep. I even used on my son and he enjoyed it. I roll outwards away from my nose and try to aim for lymph nodes at my jawline to encourage lymphatic drainage. I think this was a fair price for the product.
