These cartridges work perfectly and I love that they are slightly thinner needles than in the previous versions. However I wasn't aware that the fewer the needles in the cartridge the more efficiently they pierce the skin. This is GREAT for doing monthly collagen induction therapy (0.5-1.0 depth), but I was trying to use them for cosmetic needling (0.2-0.3 depth) and it was still hurting. Now I know why! I'll be continuing to use these for monthly CIT but I am getting nano and 36 needle cartridges for doing shallow cosmetic needling.

I read where the less needles the better I have the pen 7 and these needles are for my new pen 8 I use both it’s nice knowing I’m saving money doing this at home I go to the YouTube where women use these dr pens that’s how I found out about these and how to use but it would be nice to have instructions or maybe they could put up a site that offers instructions while watch it being used and lets us know if it’s being used wrong. I don’t want to damage my skin please dr pen give instruction or video with it being used and what to expect if it’s being dragged across the face the wrong way. Sometimes I feel it dragging like it’s sctraching the skin.

These are great, I’m skeptical sometimes about getting authentic products off of amazon but when these arrived i compared them to my original Dr. Pen cartridges and they are 100% authentic...i will definitely be buying these again!

So far half these cartridges are defective! They either have bent needles or have debris on them. I check my needles very carefully. This last one had something black on a needle. This freaks me out and would not recommend this product.

Ok. I was skeptical ordering these on Amazon - I mean, they’re needles going into your skin. Lucky for me, I still had a cartridge that came with my Dr. Pen purchase from the Dr. Pen website… when I tell you that the wrapper is EXACTLY THE SAME… other than the expiration date… I mean 100% the same. I also purchased the 3D Nano cartridges and they’re also the same. My only concern now is stocking up just incase the seller goes away at some point!

My pen had a hard time latching on these needle cartridges. At first I thought I bought the wrong model, but no it was cory. I had to waste two cartridges to get one to stay in the pen. Once it latches it is an excellent needle.
