I know you should read the labels for size but I was expecting a bigger box. If you’re using it to cover a cake that’s bigger than 8in I recommend 2 boxes. And when rolling it out use wax paper on the table and on top

For the novice baker, he's not sure about quantity in grams. The image of this marzipan is a little deceptive. It is a tiny amount of marzipan and probably adequate to cover the top of an 8-in cake. I have learned my lesson, and as I get to grips with weights in various forms I will know better next time. Had I known it was going to be this small I would never have paid the amount. The price is way over the top.
