Size down!!
I bought these boots as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter; but due to Amazon shortening the exchange window this year, I had her try them on as soon as they were delivered. I'm so glad I did that because the boots were 2 sizes, TWO sizes, too large. My granddaughter wears a 9.5 and I figured with socks a 10 would be good. We wound up exchanging the boots for an 8 which were a perfect fit. Other than the sizing issue neither of us has any complaints.
