The media could not be loaded. This Doc Martin is beautiful! I liked that the price point was definitey reasonable. It is super comfy given the padding around the ankle and tongue. So far, the buckles seem to hold up fairly well. However, they do seem a little flimsy and hard to buckle. *Fingers crossed* they last the test of time. My normal shoe size is a 10. I chose an 11 after scouring through reviews because it seems the common factor was either they were too big or too small. Since the shoe is padded and I have thicker legs and ankles I felt a 10 might be too tight, especially if I wanted to wear thicker socks. I'm certainly glad I did because the boots fit like a dream! 🥰 I have wiggle room in the toe box and a good fit around my cankles 😁. It's a good idea to determine your fit based on the size of your leg against the length of your foot. I also worried about them looking too big...but the shoe does not look bulky. It is a nice platform and with all that is going on it is a heavier boot...BUT it did not feel like I was dragging around cinder blocks. If you are on the fence pick a side! Hopefully you will buy them! They are gorgeous and can be worn with so many different fits! I'm excited to wear them out tonight! Update: 1/29/25 The buckle is the devil! These shoes are pretty awesome. Docs have a reputation for lasting years,and I hope these will. The buckles are a bit tough to get set on the tightest holes, but for me at least, I can cinch down the bottom strap and still get the shoes on and off, so I just need to worry about the top strap. These are also way heavier than I was expecting. If you've ever worn steel toed boots, they're on par with that, so be warned. Overall, I love my girly waffle-stompers. ... show more

I have a couple pairs of docs and have been contemplating these for a while. Get them! I think they do run a slight bit larger/wider than typical (I'm an 11 in Docs and have pretty wide feet). These were comfortable out of the box and felt roomier than other pairs. The buckle is ADORABLE and they feel really well made. They are slightly heavier than other pairs but not to the point where they bothered me at all, very cushioned soles. These are gorgeous boots. Couldn't wait to receive them. But even though they're a size 10 (I usually wear a 91/2 or 10) they are too small! Incredibly disappointing. And I don't want to order a size 11 because I'm pretty sure I'd be swimming in them. My first Doc Martens and a huge disappointment. :-( ... show more

Had to buy a second pair! My daughter outgrew the last pair and loved them so much, she wanted another pair of the same boots. The ones she outgrew were passed on and looked brand new after almost 2 years of daily wear. Great quality, definitely worth the money, absolutely slip resistant.
