No “break in” was needed. A little stiff and heel was slipping when I first put them on but within the first time wearing them they softened right up and the heel slipping stopped.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been eyeing these for a few months and was so excited to finally make the purchase. I’m a loyal doc girly so i knew I’d love them! They’re beautiful of course, but dude whyyyy are they damaged? I’m going to keep them i suppose because the shipping took a while but man am i disappointed. I’m hoping i can use leather polish to fix it or i guess I’ll just rock the damaged look? Bittersweet unboxing, hopefully I’ll get a partial refund or something ... show more

I liked the look but for the first time in 27 years I got a pair that fell apart after wearing them four times. The right boot was missing a lot of stitches and you could tell someone tried to fix them with glue. I didn’t realize all of the missing stitches until it fell apart.
