My skin has been quite dry recently as we have the heater on quite often. When I put on concealer I can see the dry skin flaking and peeling, which is not a good look! I had to resort to this thicker cream from Dr Hauschka. I was saving this pricey cream for occasions like this where my skin needs the intense moisturizing. This cream is on the richer side, and goes on kind of thick. I purposely slather this on all the drier spots on my face at night so that it can work on my skin while I sleep. I did this for almost a week and my skin has gotten much better, feels moisturized, and no more dry patches and skin peeling off. I don’t use this consistently because it is on the thicker side and on some days I just need a lighter moisturizer for my face. It is not a large tube and is pricey so that is also why I am using it sparingly. I’ve used Dr Hauschka products before and loved it, this one is no different.

Products by Dr. Hanuschka are not cheap and this is not the first one that I have used from this line but I do like them. They come in very simple but classic looking squeeze tubes. Inside is a regenerating intensive day cream that is on the medium to heavier weight side of things. The cream has a lovely fragrance that I like a lot, more so than their complexion cream to be honest. This one is not tinted and will be better for those with fairer skin since their complexion cream is tinted and may not work for people with very fair skin. Even though this cream is a bit thicker, it still absorbs pretty quickly. It leaves no residue on the skin and it feels soft and smooth. All in all this is a nice cream, but not sure if it is worth its asking price to be honest.

I've been on the hunt for a heavy day cream that moisturizes my parched skin without feeling greasy...this one comes REALLY close. This comes in a tub with a screw top, but I wish it had a pump because it's a bit annoying having to unscrew the top every time you go to use it. It has a powdered scent which I don't love but it dissipates rather quickly. As you would assume this Day Cream is a bit on the heavier side. It absorbs really quickly without heavy a greasy or sticky residue. I feel like I need about 2 pea size amounts to adequately moisturize my face. I think that I'll go through this tube rather quickly.

This brand is well known in Europe, I’ve used it before while living in Switzerland and continue to use some of their products so wanted to try this one. I’m really glad that I tried it because I love what it does to my skin. I have normal to dry skin and it tends to get even drier during winter and I have to find more emollient creams to help with that. This cream/serum does the trick. For starters it smells amazing, the floral scent is very pleasant. The consistency is light and absorbs quickly into the skin even though it is quite nourishing. Skin feels dewy at first and then glows, definitely a change in texture and overall vitality. I cannot think of any negatives for this cream and recommend it for any skin type.

Dr. Hauschka is tried and true, gentle and a longtime fave. The Intensive Regenerating Day Cream is made in Germany and especially good for dry or mixed skin. Absorbs easily. With this coveted brand, keep an eye out for knockoffs. From Amazon, we received the authentic and trusted product. Not all premium beauty products are worth what often seem like inflated prices, At $65 per ounce Dr. H. is not inexpensive but my wife keeps coming back to it for its natural and soothing skin rejuvenating effects.

This cream comes in a tube that looks nice. It is pale yellow and has a pleasant herbal scent that lasts. It is easy to apply, absorbs quickly and leaves my face hydrated and soft. I need very little to cover my face and I like that it is not greasy. It is a good day cream for extra hydration. Thank you for reading this review. I hope that my comments will be helpful. 😉

I'm very pleased with this moisturizer. It's creamy and rich and it doesn't take much to cover my face. The cream hydrates well and makes a wonderful base for makeup. I find it to be very moisturizing and seems perfect for both summer and winter skin. The scent is very strong and may not appeal to everyone. It's a lemongrass/citronella type scent. I personally like it. I appreciate that the ingredients are all natural and never tested on animals. It's good for our skin, the environment, and the life around us.
