These are perfect for my little guy. I know it was time to size up when it seemed like the size three nipple was sucking in when he’d drink. Dr. brown wide base nipples are the only types that my baby accepts. They are soft for the baby but although they do have a size recommendation for the baby depending on the age, just know that is all depending on the baby's preference. my baby prefers a larger flow rate which the level 4 provides and also reduces the leak that comes out through the sides almost to a minimal if any. the nipples seem very durable and do not tear or stretch Easly and keep their shape. overall, these nipples server as the perfect size and function for my baby and would 100% recommend. ... show more
