    • Classic Scent and Reliable Softness
Size: 103 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Downy has always been my go-to fabric softener, and the April Fresh scent is still one of the best. It leaves clothes smelling clean, soft, and fresh without being overpowering. The scent lasts for days after washing, even when the laundry has been stored in drawers or closets. This large 120-load bottle is a great value; a little goes a long way, and the consistency makes it easy to measure without spills. It works perfectly in both standard and high-efficiency machines and helps reduce static cling, especially on towels and bedding. I’ve noticed that fabrics stay softer and last longer compared to using detergent alone. It also helps reduce wrinkles, making clothes easier to fold and wear straight from the dryer. Overall, this is a dependable and effective fabric softener with a timeless scent. It delivers great value, consistent results, and that familiar Downy freshness that keeps laundry feeling like new. ... show more

    • Fresh, Lasting Fragrance
Size: 140 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
**Review for Downy Fabric Softener Liquid, Cool Cotton Scent, 140 fl oz, 190 Loads** I recently switched to Downy Fabric Softener in the Cool Cotton scent, and it has genuinely elevated my laundry routine. From its fresh, clean fragrance to the outstanding softness it provides, this product has impressed me on every level. Here’s why I believe it’s worth every penny and has become a staple in my laundry room. ### Fresh, Lasting Fragrance The Cool Cotton scent is one of the best aspects of this fabric softener. It has a gentle, clean fragrance that’s reminiscent of freshly washed linens on a breezy day – not too overpowering, but just enough to leave a fresh, comforting scent on clothes. I love how the scent lingers for days, and I don’t feel the need to add any additional scent boosters. Even after my clothes have been folded and stored, they retain that pleasant, airy freshness, which is perfect for a lasting clean feel. ### Excellent Softening Power One of Downy’s main selling points is how soft it makes fabric, and this Cool Cotton version is no exception. Clothes, towels, and linens feel exceptionally soft and comfortable, and I’ve noticed a real difference, especially with materials that tend to be scratchy or stiff. Towels, in particular, come out fluffy and plush, making for a luxurious feel after a shower. My family has also noticed how much softer their clothes feel, and we don’t experience the scratchiness that sometimes comes with air-dried fabrics. ### Easy on Sensitive Skin I was a little concerned about using a scented product due to family members with sensitive skin, but we haven’t had any issues at all with Downy Cool Cotton. It’s gentle enough that it doesn’t cause any irritation, and it seems to be formulated in a way that’s ideal for all skin types. This fabric softener leaves no residue, so even those who are cautious with scented products can use it without worry. ### Long-Lasting Bottle and Great Value The 140 fl oz bottle is a generous size, promising around 190 loads, which is fantastic value for the price. I do a lot of laundry, so it’s great to know that this bottle will last quite a while without needing frequent replacement. The easy-pour spout and cap make it convenient to measure, and you only need a small amount per load to get maximum results. Downy has truly created a budget-friendly yet high-quality product. ### Reduces Static Cling I noticed an immediate difference in static reduction since using Downy Cool Cotton. Clothes come out without that annoying cling, and it’s a relief not to deal with static shocks when folding laundry or pulling clothes out of the dryer. This is especially helpful during colder months when static can be an even bigger issue. ### Versatile and Works on Various Fabrics From delicates to heavy towels, Downy Cool Cotton has been a versatile option in my laundry routine. It works well across a range of materials, enhancing softness and freshness for everything from workout clothes to linens. Even synthetic fabrics, which sometimes retain odors, come out smelling and feeling fresh. ### Environmentally Friendly and Easy to Use I appreciate Downy’s effort to minimize environmental impact by producing a product with a more concentrated formula. The bottle is also recyclable, which adds a positive touch to an already exceptional product. ### Final Thoughts Downy Fabric Softener Liquid in the Cool Cotton scent has exceeded my expectations. Its fresh scent, fabric-softening properties, and value make it a must-have in any laundry routine. It’s clear that Downy has put a lot of thought into this product, combining an effective formula with a scent that’s clean, gentle, and long-lasting. This product has made laundry day a bit more enjoyable, knowing that everything I wash will come out fresh, soft, and static-free. Highly recommend! ... show more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE WAY THIS MAKES MY CLOTHES FEEL THE WAY IT MAKES MY CLOTHES SMELL. I USE THE DRYER SHEETS AS WELL. IT’S JUST A BREATH OF FRESH AIR AND IT’S JUST AN AROMA THAT YOU CAN NEVER FORGET. WELL WORTH THE PRICE IT’S A BARGAIN.

    • Clean scent & soft laundry
Size: 140 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
This is my favorite fabric softener because of how good it smells and how soft it makes my laundry feel. The smell is like a fresh and crisp cotton clean scent. The large size of it lasts me about 2 months, so long as you follow the directions for use. It easily fits on my laundry shelf and the cup that it comes with to pour into the fabric softener slot of my washing machine is handy. I just throw the cup in the washer with a load of laundry, and it comes out nice and clean. I also like that the liquid comes out a milky white and not blue. For some reason, dark fabric softener makes me think chemicals and the chance of staining my laundry. Overall, 4 / 5 stars because I know this is not the most eco-friendly softener, but the scent has me rebuying it every time I need to re-stock so much so, that I'm subscribed to it. ... show more
