I love these sheets and the smell is so good. It will be a sad day when this one is no longer available. Leaves my clothes smelling great (not too heavy) and static free. My clothing isn't rough or harsh either, just comfy and clean.

The original Downy smell is one of the top laundry smells you can have. I used to use the fabric softener and the sheets, and my clothes always smelled great. Many fabrics these days, however, recommend you not using fabric softener in your laundry for a variety of reasons, so I have eliminated the liquid portion for now. The sheets, however, aren't going anywhere. I have had neighbors ask me what I use, as when the dryer exhausts the air outdoors, they say it always smells so good. I have also been complimented how nice my car smells as I will periodically place one under each front seat. Overall, a great product. I have been using them for over 25 years now, and they smell as good today as they did back then. ... show more
