Easy to use! Heeding the advice about the assembly guide, I've had zero issues. Been my go-to for a solid week and it's just right for me. As a 5'3" gal, the size couldn't be more perfect – from the face hole to the comfy pillow, and the overall length and width, it's like it was made for me. It's lightweight too, which is a plus for moving it around. If you're on the taller or larger side, it might be a snug fit, but for someone my size, it's absolutely ideal.
