These tea/coffee mugs are not only beautiful but functional (not light weight like thin ceramic, but not too heavy like some thick and heavy stoneware heat conducting mugs). I filled one with water, heat it in the microwave until boiling and the handle is still not hot (a little warmth probably heat conducting from the boiling water) and comfortable to hold. I reheat many of my drinks, milk, tea, coffee, deserts in the microwave, so the cup remains comfortable to hold is important to me. These beautiful mugs holding 19 oz of liquid (smaller size just won't do for me), able to reheat, to put in the dishwasher afterwards are all important features that I was looking for. Very happy to have found these, plus $5 a piece is a very reasonable price for these mugs that I am sure can last for many years. Highly recommend.

My whole family loves these mugs, now we can all enjoy breakfast without fighting over who gets the best mug. I also love the different patterns and same color which adds style and individuality to the mugs, they are so interesting I decided to display then on the counter next to the coffee machine. These mugs are very versatile, the are dishwasher, microwave, freezer and even oven safe. They also hold the heat in on hot drinks longer than regular mugs. We absolutely love how beautiful, large, stylish and sturdy these mugs are.

I'm absolutely in love with these mugs! So glad I decided to order them. They are a generous 16 oz size, larger than a traditional 10 to 12 oz coffee mug. They are well designed, not top heavy or prone to tipping, with a large handle that's very comfortable to grip. The mugs are made of very thick material, with a heavy glaze over the white and butterscotchy gold print. And each of the six mugs has a unique print that all coordinate together! These would make a lovely gift for a wedding or a housewarming, if you can bear to part with them once you've seen them in person. LOL I would definitely order this again, and two friends who have already seen them went home to order a set for themselves, they liked mine so much!

Essentially I have 5 usuable cups and 1 chipped that is not. The chip is in a place to cut your lip, so we won't be using that cup (see photo). I noticed it in the box before I even took the cup out. My goal was to get 6 matching large cups, and with the chipped cup I have I failed on this goal. I seem to have an Amazon curse on me because I get my fair share of broken and damaged items usually a result of shipping. However, these cups were packed well, so this seems to be a quality control issue and the packer missed it. Hopefully Dowan will read their review and contact me to replace the cup. And there should be a contact to the seller because sending back a whole set for one broken piece is a pain in the butt. So I guess we have a set of 5 instead of six, which is extremely disappointing. I wanted to send the cups back for replacement, but my husband started whining as he has wanted a large cup and had his heart set on using a new cup for his morning coffee starting tomorrow. It is just the right size. So I guess we are keeping them and just tossing the broken one. Hopefully though the company reads their reviews and will contact me and replace the cup but I won't hold my breath for that to happen. But let's talk about the cups, well I would have given a 5 rating had there not been a chipped cup, and again this is clearly a quality control issue, as I immediately noticed right in the box as I was unpacking. We are not using the chipped cup because it looks like a good cut waiting to happen. I expected the cups to be whiter or more cream color, but they were grayish in base color in which I did not mind. I really liked the design of the cup and the size. I found it interesting that each cup had a different design (I think one design was repeated though), and yet it all matched and went together. My husband is blind and he even enjoyed feeling the different designs. In truth, that is one of the reasons I went for this set, that and the size. And it did not disappoint on the size, it is a great size for us and my husband is so excited to have the cups for his morning cup of coffee. Again it is hard to find a big cup with a nice handle so these cup filled that bill. But again I wanted a set of six and with the broken one, well I have a set of 5 which is disappointing.

This is such a beautiful, quality set of decorative and modern mugs. It's such a charming compliment to any kitchen, and goes very well with our modern contemporary, timeless style home. I really love the various patterns; each mug has its own design. They are really nice, modern and classy. The exterior embossment contrasts beautifully with the smooth ceramic glaze on the interior. They are a generous size and great for a nice cup of coffee, and very nice to look at.

These are excellent high-quality very cool, trendy, design, ceramic type mugs they are a little larger than your average mug. They do have cool designs on the outside, and they are very thick ceramic fill over all the great coffee mugs I would definitely recommend.
