I received my casserole dish yesterday and already used it! It’s nice and heavy and very well made. It makes a big difference having 3” depth versus 2”. It’s only an inch but it fits a lot more plus it doesn’t overflow. I made eggplant parmigiana and it came out great in this. Plus the white is just beautiful. I cook a lot so my only regret is not buying two. I’m going to go back and buy a second one but I really could have used it for all my Eggplant! I would highly recommend buying this. It was also packaged so well. The seller did an amazing job! Don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed.
