As a bald man (age gets ya), I don't need shampoo, but I do need something to prevent dandruff. This does the job and keeps my scalp smooth and shiny. Bonus! As a body wash, this is all I need in your shower (unless you have hair and need that expensive shampoo). The scent is great while not being too strong. It also doesn't trigger my psoriasis at all. The scent is not overwhelming like other men's body wash, it's a fresh scent with no colognes. Rinses off nicely and has a tingling feel after rinsing. Definitely doesn't have a dry feel like some bar soaps. Not sure how well it will work for sensitive skin.
