    • Good Product But Problems During Shipment
I regularly use Dove Antibacterial Body Wash. I find it to be very effective and it is my "go to" body wash. I started using it a few years ago when I noticed that my exercise wear would eventually retain odors even after daily washing. I knew that this was due to the bacteria that would remain on the fabric. I figured that if I could reduce the bacteria on my body in the first place, that my clothing would smell better too. This process actually works and my clothes smell fresher overall (I still add in the same odor fighting powder to my washing machine that I always did). My complaint today has nothing to do with the product itself. It has to do with the fact that my latest order arrived with some of the body wash leaking inside the delivery box. This product from Amazon comes in a box with four bottles of the body wash. One of the bottles had a top that was leaking. It may have been damaged during shipping but the product was all over the inside of the box. That meant that one of the bottles had less product in it. I washed off all the bottles with water because there was a big mess when I took them out of the box. I would have returned the shipment but I won't have time this week and need to use the product so I'll live with it this time. But this has happened on other shipments as well where there is leakage so I end up with a mess and losing product. It would help if the bottles could be wrapped in plastic and if the shipment could have some type of bubble wrap inside to protect it during transport. ... show more

    • Good soap but bad shipping that needs to be fix ASP!!!
Very good body wash when it comes to performance best body wash on market to me. But however the packaging for this body wash is horrible, bottles come busted open and got soap residue all inside the box and on the body wash itself it’s disgusting for people hard earn money, they got change the way they ship dove body wash base off how it’s designed in general. And lastly the price of this exact body wash goes up and down one minute it’s expensive and next minute it’s cheap just keep it one price it don’t deserve to be expensive if the packaging is that bad….. 🙏please do better at packaging the body washes to avoid this problem at all cost. this is something that can’t be ignored if it’s happening to everyone so please take action! ... show more
