To start off, I'm baffled by the amount of negative reviews for this radio. It's incredibly affordable and provides an impressive amount of functionality. I've been using mine for a few months now, and it has been performing exceptionally well. I've installed this radio into my 2003 Toyota Matrix, and I have to say that I'm impressed with the pre-loaded Toyota splash screen. The LED's can be adjusted to match the factory gauge colors, so when I turn on the radio, it looks like it came straight from the factory. One of the best features of this radio is the Android Auto compatibility, which works flawlessly with my Samsung S22. I haven't experienced any issues with the touchscreen, and everything works seamlessly, including navigation, podcasts, Spotify, and more. The response time is lightning-fast, which is something I appreciate. While the audio quality isn't on par with high-end brands like Alpine or Nakamichi, it is still decent and comparable to entry-level models from Pioneer, Sony, or JVC. In my opinion, the sound quality is more than acceptable, especially considering the affordable price point. In contrast to some of the negative reviews I've seen, I haven't experienced any problems with the radio reception or touchscreen responsiveness. Additionally, I haven't encountered any memory issues or problems with my presets resetting. Everything has been working smoothly and as expected. UPDATE: I wanted to provide an update on my experience with this radio. Overall, I still think it's a great option for the price, but there is one minor issue that has been a little annoying. The clock seems to run fast and needs to be reset every few months. I first noticed this about six months after I purchased the radio when I realized it was about 5-6 minutes ahead of my cell phone. After resetting it, it has now been three months and it's already about 2-3 minutes ahead again. While this is not a major problem, it can be a little frustrating to have to reset the clock so frequently. Living in Minnesota, I experience some pretty extreme cold temperatures during the winter months. On the coldest nights, the temperature can dip into double-digit negatives, with windchills reaching 35-40 degrees below zero. Despite these harsh conditions, the radio has held up surprisingly well. I left my car outside one particularly frigid night, and while the screen did flicker a bit when I turned it on in the morning, it has not happened again and everything is still working great. The bluetooth doesn't always work but neither does Toyota's in my newer car. Easy install. I did purchase of wire kit. Radio sounds good. Car play works well.

Hope this helps someone... I purchased this to replace and upgrade the factory deck in my daughter's 2010 Ford Edge to a smart touchscreen. Did not want to spend a lot of money, but wanted to get her a safer way to have navigation, answer phone calls, and link her music without her looking down at her phone while driving. First note - the mirror link feature does not support all phone models. Tested the mirror link with my iphone 11 running iOS 14.7.1 and it worked with no issues, but mirror link did NOT work with my daughter's iphone 11 Pro Max. Sound quality of the radio is good for the price, remember that you get what you pay for. I did not notice a sound quality difference between the two units. This radio is certainly an upgrade from the non-smart factory radio with no noticeable sound difference. The bluetooth feature worked with both phones no issues, but we never got her phone book to download from her phone to the radio properly. Phone book showed up blank / empty. Steering wheel control was easy to program, but not steering wheel buttons on her 2010 Ford Edge pulled through. Your mileage may vary based on your vehicle. For us, the volume up and down worked, skip song forward and back worked, but the voice button (like siri, but not sure what to call it on an older car...) did not connect. The phone call start and hangup buttons did not program through to the radio. I am unsure if the cruise control buttons on her steering wheel were lost as we did not test this feature. I am returning the radio because we purchased it specifically for the mirror link so she could have heads up navigation through the mirror link to the screen and her iphone is not supported. We would have kept the radio for the low price point if the mirror link supported her phone. ... show more

When the iPhone is connected to the USB connector, the device power off and on every 10 seconds. In the other hand, Bluetooth connection does not provide CARPLAY feature. So sad!!

Was nice and works great only wish it could of be able to go higher then only 33 on volume but other then that it’s fine works great just need to hook up camera to see how that works oh and should of had gps but it’s ok but it’s good for price too
