Right off the bat the band is NOT made for tiny wristed individuals like me. I had to wear this watch way too tight for my liking so it wouldn’t slide up and down my wrist, and on top of that I’m also highly allergic to the band, so I’ve had a massive rash for 7 days wearing it. I would prefer a cotton fabric Velcro band and it would be almost perfection for me.* (since this review I've purchased a new cotton Velcro band). When I removed band clips to see if I could look at how it was held onto the watch the band actually tore taking it out of the watch clip and broke after 9 days. One annoying little detail is if you purchase the watch on Amazon and register your warranty by creating account on DoSmarter it won’t show the watch you purchased, registered, or confirm warranty? For warranty you have to enter your order number, purchase date, etc. so it should sync up to the DoSmarter account creation to reflect the watch you purchased and warranty is active, but it doesn’t. Powering on the watch. You will need to download the app and charge the watch before beginning. Right off the bat this watch refused to accept my 125 lbs. I don’t know why, it changes my weight automatically the moment I selected 125 lb and check the yes box and it just won’t accept that weight changes it every single time? It was easy to set up once I downloaded the app to my phone and followed the step by step instructions that came with it. Use the directions. The price was reasonable and it seems to do most things I wanted it to do. The face time it allows you to stay open is a maximum of 10 seconds, which I definitely needed so I set mine up to stay on for the maximum time. I did manage to get 8 full days of battery life but I did not listen to music, get texts, or phone call notifications so this could impact battery life. In my opinion since you can’t text back the text notification is not even needed but some people might like to know, IDK? A few negatives. If I decided to take a nap it never registers the nap/sleep time, I don’t know why? Once I fell asleep 4 hours and it never once registered it. To view your overall report it will send it to your phone app where you can’t download it, you can only view it. I just take a photo and store the photo for the day. One great feature is that you can look at an entire week/month of stats if you need to. When you select an exercise/sport activity like yoga, tennis, rowing, walking, etc. it works great however, it doesn’t have a treadmill option so I select other, and it still doesn’t calculate any of my steps on the treadmill. I do hold onto the bar and your arms must move with your body to calculate steps so it looks like I didn’t even do an activity or add my steps. It does at least calculate my heart rate during exercise which is important. I also noticed the month/day set up was wrong, just don’t look at the actual wording (which is incorrect) just look at the format photo instead and you’ll set it up easily. You can set up military time if you prefer reading time that way. The backgrounds cannot be done on your watch “initially” and I discovered I had to remove some on the app on my phone first. Once you do that you can easily change background directly on the watch. Once I figured that out it was easy to switch look of my watch design. The watch is fairly light weight but because the band gave me horrible rash and had to be too tight I probably won’t wear it much until I can get a fabric Velcro band that fits it. Overall for the price, a few glitches I feel it was a good purchase. Due to the watch band I had to lower the overall satisfaction level. Again if I could have a cotton Velcro band it would be almost perfection for me. As for the body temperature, oxygen level, and heart rates they were fairly accurate compared to actual medical devices I used to compare my results +/- a few was minimal. I loved the drink water reminder! The setting for alerts was also adjustable and I liked that feature as well. The deep breathing option was also a really good feature that I used frequently and it significantly lowered my blood pressure. With just minor tweaks to the app, more band options, or sell the tiny clip portion, sync purchase info in DoSmarter acct. with warranty info this watch would be a 10/10 and maybe even higher for me. (*Replaced band w/cotton velcro band included in photo, that was SO much better comfort wise.)

I love this watch. While I can’t speak for the accuracy of it, it is consistent which can set a baseline. Though I love the watch, I hate the black silicone wristband it came with. It is hard to adjust and though it has a strap to hold the adjustable strap down and has a notch like thing on it to help hold it in place, which should work in theory but the problem is that it leaves about a 1/2in flap that catches easily on everything.

I like that it’s pretty & will go with my jewelry. I like that it syncs with the health app on my phone… one of the reasons for my switch from a beat up Fitbit knockoff. This is my first day, learning how it works seems like it already has some cool functions- especially the music sync. But, really don’t like that the watch face settings only allow it to stay lit for 10 seconds! What’s the use of uploading a pretty photo for the watch face if you can only see it for 10 seconds? Also don’t like that it’s not water proof (a plus of the old fitness tracker). So… we shall see how it goes.

I like the looks and the multiple faces. It is a comfortable watch to wear. The only regret, this is the reason I am giving 4 stars, is the instructions don't explain the icons on the screens. I went to the company website and looking at the details on the watch were able to figure some of them out.

very receptive merchant, nice looking (got the pink band), controls easy to manage, comfortable to wear, set up is fairly simple. all vital signs fairly accurate except the BP and sleep data should not be used for apnea monitoring.

I just unboxed the DoSmarter ZX28 smart fitness watch. It looks and feels really nice like a high end brand watch. I like the magnetic charging pins. That’s definitely an upgrade. Once it’s charged I’ll go through the functions to see how user friendly it is. Cons: App wouldn’t let me put in my correct weight. It kept changing it after I saved it. The band that comes with the watch is a universal one. I have a small wrist and it would be nice if they made a smaller band size. Pro’s: It has a long battery life. I love the cute reminders you can set your times to drink water and to get up and move. There’s also a lot of clock faces to choose from and sport exercises. You can also keep your sports record if you want to track it. That is a neat feature of the watch and I like the breath trainer. If you’re looking for a smart watch that isn’t too expensive try the DoSmarter fitness watch. I’m still in the process of learning how to use more of the features.

Some of the things are not intuitive. Product will not work if wrists are tattooed at all. This was not in the description or materials and would have been helpful to know. Otherwise, the watch is comfortable with an easy to read screen.
