    • Great product, great price, but "Like New"?
I am a bargain shopper on Amazon, and when the product I need is listed at a discount as "Used: Like New" or even "Used: Good" I usually go for that option. And I have gotten some awesome deals this way. This was the first time I feel the product was misrepresented. Sure, I paid 1/3 of list. I figured the normal would there: the protective film was off the lens and the gasket wasn't right (I was right on both counts). What I did not expect was the 3/4 inch hole cut into the assembly by the previous owner. Obviously not factory, and why did they do that? And how is this "Like New" or even "Good"?! My wife found a piece of heavy plastic and a glue gun and covered the hole, but I still am disappointed in what I feel was not a full disclosure. It seems to work (have to see about condensation) and it is much better than the broken up original, and along with the "Used: like new" Torchbeam LED bulbs I got, I can see again. But come on, Amazon, this was an obvious hack job by someone with a Dremel tool! Update: even with the patch, after a hard rain there is condensation in the bulb. Arg. Next update: can't get it to adjust, has a major dead spot right in front of the light. As soon as I get an OEM a 3x the price, I will have to send this back. ... show more

When I opened the box I was like wow it’s actually new with not one single scratch or any sign of wear. Headlamp seal was placed wrong during factory production on both lamp ordered, discovered this while putting in passenger side headlamp. Placed along outer edge of lamp when it should have been further back against seam where front and back come together. Also not sure why side turn light didn't have a bulb. ... show more
