I love a lot of DC's flavored coffee and this is my first fall flavor I've attempted. I've never been much of a spice fan, and I've yet to try any liquor flavored coffee from them either. But I do love pecan pie. And I love this coffee. I had a friend who doesn't normally drink my coffee ask for some because the smell reminded of his grandparents house. Another friend tasted it and said something to a similar effect. The flavor is strong in this one and the scent is fragrant. The liquor flavor isn't overpowering. However, keep in mind that I do use a decent amount of French Vanilla creamer. Either way, my opinion says it's worth a shot, especially because it's limited! ... show more

Opening the bag was a little slice of heaven. We used to go to Door County as a family when I was a little kid and I have the best memories from there. I needed some decaf but also consider August to be the beginning of fall (other Wisconsonites will agree) so I was delighted to find this product. The beans ground to a fine powder produced a very smooth drip that made my husband say "wow." And we're both coffee snobs. So definitely worth the purchase. We'll be buying again for ourselves and as gifts for family who miss the north. Great job guys! ... show more

I was really hoping this might be the one, but no. I'm on a hunt for a pumpkin spice decaf coffee that taste like Fall. This barely has any flavor. I see mixed reviews here. I have to wonder if people are getting batches that simply taste different, one batch from the next. But in any case I will not be buying this one again. It doesn't taste bad. It's just has a wimpy pumpkin flavor. C'mon now! It's really hard to find decaf flavored coffee in pumpkin, or any flavor besides hazelnut and vanilla. I feel like the coffee world just doesn't care. There are a lot of us that have to stay away from caffeine for medical reasons. Starbucks doesn't have a single decaf flavored coffee. Why not? Then there's the flavored decaf k-cups from just about everybody, and all are horrible, with a chemical taste to them. Today I just discovered Cameron's Decaf Highlander Grog, a Rum and Butterscotch flavor. It's very good and smooth. I'm waiting on Door Country Cherry Creme to arrive today. Hopefully it's as good as the reviews say. They didn't get Pumpkin Spice right, but maybe there's hope for Cherry Creme, we shall see. If you know of any flavored decaf, especially pumpkin, that you think is outstanding, please comment below. I'll check in from time to time, and will also update as long as Amazon allows. I put three stars down for the flavor but that’s not really fair I haven’t tried the product yet. I just wasn’t sure what to write. When I received these beans I could not stop laughing, they are in a bag that would hold a pound but it was not a pound of beans that I bought. It was 8 ounces it said 8 ounces on the bag but it was clearly big enough for a pound. These are not worth the price. I was excited about the price because I thought it was for a pound and it was competitive with other brands. But once I discovered that it was half a pound I was no longer impressed. In order for me to purchase them again they have to be the best pumpkin spice coffee beans I have ever had in my entire life. ... show more

I thought I was buying whole bean as that what it stated, but came gronded. However, the SMELL is FANTASTIC, the taste is even more fantastic! I can't believe it tastes just like I'm eating a carmel apple pie! I added a bit of sweet cream Creamer and man oh man it's so delicious! I wish it was a bit cheaper for the amount you get BUT I'm a fan/buyer of this for life. I have sensitive teeth and can't eat much sweets/candy so I wanted to be able to get the taste of it somehow. This is not your usual wake up and get going coffee, no, its more sophisticated. It's subtle, but distinct flavor brings to mind the finish to an evening of fine wine, great food and life long friends. it is to be savored. That being said, I do drink it in the am as cold brew. About to buy my 4th bag for myself and have given 2 as gifts. Usually get their Almond Toffee, also great. This is high quality coffee. Bring on the Christmas flavors! ... show more
