I purchased this thinking it would make a great 'wintertime' bag. It came in July and I immediately put it in my closet and forgot about it. Well, this past week I had to go out of town and decided to use this D&B bag. I was sorely disappointed! The opening isn't large enough to access things you put in the bag. To be quite honest, I could only get my wallet and cellphone in it. Then every time I wanted to get one of the items out, the extra large zipper 'grabbed' my skin...it was a struggle to get my phone out of the small/narrow opening. I contacted the dealer and explained my problems (I'm 72 years old!)..they were quick to respond that the 'return time had expired'. Then I contacted Amazon and filed a complaint, actually spoke with someone. Within a few days I received a notification from Amazon that my issue did not fall within the A to Z return policy; therefore, my complaint file was CLOSED. Do Not Buy This D & B crossover bag! Great size to this cross body bag, not too large and not too small. Goes with everything! Only con is because of the scoop of the design on top, getting larger things out, like a wallet, is difficult and frustrating.
