Dooney and Burke have terrible customer service. The stitching inside my bag was ripped when I received it, and it was returned to them to be re-stitched at no cost to me. They told me to send the item via UPS and make sure that it was insured. I told them that the item was under warranty and asked for a prepaid shipping label, which they eventually emailed to me. They kept my bag for over a month and finally sent it back to me. When I opened the bag, the stitching was still ripped and in exactly the same condition as when I mailed it to them. Incompetent, lazy, just don’t care or all of the above. This item was registered and under warranty and is fairly expensive. You would think that this company with its “great” reputation would at least ensure that repairs were made upon receipt of a product. No quality control whatsoever. I’ll never buy another product from them again ... show more

I love this bag. The brown with the black is perfect. This is the 3rd bag I have bought from Dooney and Bourke in the past few years. They come in a plastic bag in the shipping box. The bag hardware and handles are covered in foam. It's all protected but then its thrown into the ups box to ship. These bags aren't cheap. It would be nice if Dooney and Bourke packed their bags in a gift box then the shipping box. Just saying. It would be nice if opening the box was a special treat. ... show more
